Even the most conscientious consumer can fall victim to fraud. Whether by faulty product or false promise, deceptive business practices reflect a lack of corporate concern for consumer safety and welfare. SRK is one of the leading law firms in the country using state and federal consumer protection laws to end unfair and deceptive trade practices.

We developed the legal theory for claims against most major pharmaceutical companies for using the Average Wholesale Price to inflate the price paid by consumers and third-party payors for prescription and doctor-administered drugs. The Firm is co-lead counsel in those cases, In re Lupron Marketing and Sales Practices Litigation (D. Mass.), which recently settled for $150 million; and In re Pharmaceutical Industry Average Wholesale Price Litigation (D. Mass.).

We have successfully litigated a number of consumer protection class actions, recovering significant damages and bringing deceptive practices to light.
