ANDREW D. ABRAMOWITZ graduated cum laude from Franklin and Marshall College in 1993, where he earned a B.A. in Government. Mr. Abramowitz received his J.D. 1996 from the University of Maryland School of Law, where he was Assistant Editor for The Business Lawyer, published jointly with the American Bar Association. He was formerly an associate at Polovoy & Turner, LLC, in Baltimore, where he practiced commercial litigation and corporate transactional law, and was a law clerk at the Office of the Attorney General of Maryland in the Department of Business and Economic Development.
